The item arrived way bigger than it looked in the photos (more like an XXL), and the owner, Katie, was not very kind when I reached out and asked if a partial refund or anything similar was possible. Listing the height and size of the model in the photos would be helpful. Also, more transparency with your refund policy would be great; e.g., stating it on the item listing. I haven't visited the in-person store as I don't live there, so I'm only speaking for the online service.

Enjoyed a quick visit and loved the selection. Shop feels cozy and comfortable. Owner was extremely personable and helped me shop for a gift (I have no fashion sense). Highly recommend this small owned business.

i’ve been here a couple of times. great finds and okay prices. i saw a review saying that the owner made it a point to talk to each person in a group that visited the store and other reviews sharing similar experiences which is great, but has not been the case for me. the owner, katie, was pretty dismissive and essentially ignored me each time. i didn’t think much of it but based off of other reviews from customers raving about their time with katie and my experience as a Black person, i realize those encounters were probably your standard microaggressions. it’s a nice secondhand store, which the city lacks, but the owner is also your average white american so

These past reviews are insane. The owner of this store is an absolute GEM!!! Elektra Vintage has always had the best selection, service, and online retail services. I've seen this store grow and how much effort the owner has put into every piece she buys.
