Element Event Solutions has been my go-to rental company for many, many years! I've worked with them from a venue perspective, as a third party event planner, and for my own personal events. They have always been very thorough, making sure I can find what I need, and also very flexible, which is extremely helpful. They have a wide range of rental items, and their delivery and pick up team is AMAZING! They are patient and kind, even when we have to navigate through some very inconvenient unloading situations. Of course, their service team is great too. Sometimes it does take a few days to hear back from them, but I never feel like my events are unimportant, no matter how big or small.

We used Higgins Event Rentals for our son's baptism last summer. With all the restrictions we had to do it outside in our backyard and needed to set up a table for 25 people. Laura and Michelle were so incredibly amazing and patient with me working out different options and providing me with a quote each time. Delivery and pick up were scheduled and came on time and everything provided looked amazing :) I would 100% use Higgins Event Rentals!
