After having a baby it’s very difficult to get out of the house and start back exercising. Element Pilates has been amazing for me as you can bring bub along! Matchi is so welcoming, if bub is upset she is there to help settle so you can continue your workout and the workouts are challenging so you really feel good after a session. Love it, highly recommend the mums & bubs class or even a normal class.
Matchi’s mum and baby classes have been a great way to get back into exercising. One of, if not the only place that had the option of multiple classes per week. Plus the added flexibility of Monday- Friday classes. Matchi is so accommodating, patient and gentle with her instructions but also can give you a great workout if that’s what your goal is.

I joined mums and bubs program with my second child and wish I had done it with my first! Matchi makes it so easy for mums to get back into a workout routine while having a young baby. If I couldn’t make a class because baby was sick or napping, I didn’t feel like I wasted $$ as the class was credited back to me to use for another time. I have been recommending Element Mums and Bubs classes to all my mum friends ❤️
I started attending classes at Element pre pregnancy, and now I'm post partum, attending the mums and bubs classes a few times a week. Matchi is amazing at helping with cues and giving everyone different exercise progressions/regressions as they need them, to ensure for a safe, enjoyable and beneficial class.
