Oh my goodness, Devin is absolutely wonderful!! I’ve always been apprehensive about a message and someone I don’t know touching my body, but Devin was incredibly kind and cultivated a safe environment I could relax in. Poor service! Bureaucratic and inflexible, unable to adapt to customer situations and erecting a barrier of rules and procedures. I prefer businesses that put customers first, not ones like 'Elements' that expect customers to bend to the needs and inefficiency of their poorly designed software.

Greeted as we walked in the front door, very clean and relaxing atmosphere and I’ve only walked into the reception area! My Massage Therapist was Rachel, she is new to massage and did great. She checked in on her pressure twice, didn’t chat, and start and stop time we’re perfect. Bathroom and massage room were both very clean, would go back if I’m in The Pearl district again.
