Crystal is AMAZING!!! Been going to her for about 6 months now and everytime i leave feeling 100% better. She always asks me specfic areas to focus on and I'll let her know and she is always very succesful in working out the problems! She actually listens to your needs and always makes sure your comfortable. Highly recommend!

I filled out on the form that I had pain and wanted specific spots worked on. My masseuse asked me my problem areas even though I had went into detail on the form and in my appointment notes. I had informed my masseuse that I had significant pain in my back hands and feet and to focus on those areas but to try to incorporate a full body massage. I also stated I was looking for a therapeutic and a deep tissue massage. She started massaging me with extremely light pressure. It felt like she was just rubbing me for comfort and rubbing oil on me so I told her to increase pressure. She increased the pressure a bit. I found myself constantly asking for her to go deeper and for more pressure it was to the point where I just expected that I would not be getting the service I paid for. Nothing against the masseuse perhaps I should have booked with a man instead but I won’t be coming back again

If you are looking for a relaxing massage with a set massage pattern, this is your place. However if you are looking for a therapeutic massage would not recommend. I explained both on my intake forms, as well as to the massage therapist that I was having left sided lower back spasms and needed deep pressure. Instead, what I got was a massage that 90% of the time was focused on my upper back and arms. The pressure was also extremely light. I think I put lotion on my legs with deeper pressure than my massage was given. And when I turned over, I explained to the person that I was still having lower back spasms, instead of any additional leg back or pelvis work, I was given a scalp and facial massage. I did discuss with the front desk my lack of satisfaction, and they were very understanding. But unfortunately, this does not help the acute issue I am having.

Crystal is amazing!! I’ve been getting massages for a few years due to persistent back pain and tension in my neck and shoulders leading to migraines. Crystal is the first massage therapist I’ve seen who really listens to me and body. She’s successfully worked out some of my most problematic pressure points while ensuring I’m comfortable and still enjoying my experience. I’ve left feeling refreshed and renewed for the first time in a long time! The front desk team is also wonderful and friendly and the office is always clean and inviting! Highly recommend!

I was visiting the area and after a week of sleeping on a hotel bed, my back was protesting. I was nervous about finding a reputable massage therapist without a recommendation. Elements Massage was awesome and the therapist did a fantastic job. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Definitely recommend. The pricing was a bit higher than my local place but not unreasonable and they offer a newbie discount. If you’re not from the area ask for directions. I found the building but drove around looking for the right suite.
