Amanda is absolutely amazing at what she does!! I have been on a search to find a massage therapist that is like my old one. I have finally hit the jackpot!! She does everything with a purpose and doesn’t take any short cuts. She is definitely elite!!!

Maybe I'm a bit biased from a string of difficult appointments after surgery, one doctor had to reschedule and the next available was nearly a year out. Elements had to reschedule so they sent me a text offering me three options THE SAME DAY! I've NEVER been rescheduled for EARLIER than my original appointment. And they apologized for the "inconvenience" (I was thrilled to go in early), another first for me. The therapist was fantastic! He actually read the questionnaire I filled out with only an hour notice, and he patiently listened to everything I had to say. Not sure I've ever had a doctor read those and they certainly don't have the time to listen as much. I understand I'm kind of comparing apples to oranges here, but I'm absolutely blown away with level of care I've received here compared to my other health care providers. Granted, my bar may be set lower than most, but this was absolutely fantastic experience all the around. Thanks again!!

First impressions count. When you enter the facility the atmosphere is quiet, subdued, relaxing. The receptionist answered all my questions about the facility, the "membership" pricing, etc.. The actual massage was very relaxing and professional. She asked a few questions and gave me ample time to "get ready". The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable. I always carry on a conversation during a massage and she was a great conversationalist. I'll be back.
