The space is good but their policy on needing elevate specific grip socks is very annoying. My children all had grip socks on, and they made us purchase their own branded socks. There is no reason for this other than gouging patrons. Already with the high price of jumping, I don’t feel you should be required to buy their specific socks. If it was a safety issue, any grip socks would be sufficient. Bad policy. We won’t be going back

Great option for a kid’s party! The kids had so much fun with a lot of options to keep their attention and get out all their energy. Elevate took care of everything and even adjusted the activity schedule to fit our needs when we got there. They were also on top of watching out for anything going on in the play areas to keep everyone safe.

So fun and so many things to do! The place is very spacious and offers a lot of different obstacles/activities. My son had a party there and it was a blast!

Large areas to play, a lot of different things to do. It's clean. You cannot see your children at all times from seating, it's seating by elevation. If you let them roam then this is a good one for you, or roam with them.

Update 12/31/19- we visited again today and had another great experience. My kids told me this is their favorite jump place. They love all the foam pits and the Ninja warrior climbing stuff. It's a great place. We visited for the first time yesterday and had a great time. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and the attractions were so fun. I think that's what sets this trampoline park apart from the rest-- the variety of things to do. Rock walls, rope ladders, volleyball net, basketball hoops, a slide, and foam pits in addition to all the trampolines. My kids (ages 10,8,6, and 3) had a blast and I loved how easy it was for me to see them no matter where in the room they were playing.
