Had a a great time there! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience better. The staff were all friendly, but Assia at the front was especially helpful -- she was very sweet and patient. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Will never recommend this place to anyone!! Anytime I go there, I am always disappointed and leaving with my child getting hurt. The clientele at this place have no control over their kids, and don’t supervise them at all. Anytime I have gone, I’ve seen the same faces with the same crowds of kids. The parents just dump them on the poor unsuspecting staff members and treat them as if they’re their own personal babysitters. That’s not their job! While the kids run wild upstairs, all the parents are downstairs “catching up” over their Starbucks, not a care in the world that their children are wrecking havoc. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff, however. They are so beyond sweet and they do their best supervising these kids and also keeping the amusement centre clean. They are always attentive when my child gets hurt. It’s just a shame it’s always happening. Will never return again.

We've had the pleasure to attend at least 5 birthdays here, and the kids always enjoy it. The private rooms are clean with and great for large groups. The staff is well organized and the prices are fair. I definitely recommend the pizzzzzza and fries!!!! Don't forget you need to wear the special socks sold there with every entry to prevent slipping or injuries. Tons of space for the kods to jump around and the old folks to just chill at tables.

Very disappointed! I was told i could not accompany my kids unless i pay extra and i also had to buy socks. I saw so many parents wearing their coats and shoes even in the trampolines. Having so many kids in the games and only 2 employees « supervising » is really not enough. My kids had their own socks and I still had to buy socks for them.

Such a great place! The kids had lot of fun!!! This place has a variety of playgrounds and your kids will not get bored! I recommend 1h30 as one hour may not be enough for them. The food is mainly junk, thus do not expect any healthy choices (it’s a kids place after all), we ordered the pizza, it’s freshly made and the kids devoured it. lol One observation though, there is seems to be missing foams in some areas when falling, and could lead to hurting the kids.
