This message is directed to Elias Chavez's competition. If you want a five start rating, here's what you do: When a prospective customer asks for an estimate, be there promptly. Quote a fair price. If you get the job, keep the customer informed throughout the project. Be there when you say you will be there. Do precisely what you said you would. Maybe give them a little more than they expected. Make sure your employees are well trained and courteous. Treat the customer's property like it was your own. This is the experience I had with Elias. If you want to compete with Elias, you need to do the best job you can. Leave the customer happy so he will give you a five-star review. Then watch your business grow and your ratings go up.

Amazing service. Elias provided an estimate on a Tuesday. The job was finished before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. It was not an easy job. Noah and his crew worked on a 100ft. tall oak tree with lots of dead limbs that themselves were as big as most trees. It was amazing to watch. They worked very hard all day and cleaned up everything before they left. What surprised us is that they really seemed to enjoy it and were very personable. Elias Chavez tree service is in my phone contacts now as I have lots of trees!

Elias Chavez and his team were great. I had a dead tree to remove as well as large limbs hanging over our house. They were the quickest to respond, the price was very reasonable, and completed the job before others were able to come out to quote. Work was completed quickly, and they did a great job on clean up. I would definitely use them again.

We needed a tree cut down that was leaning over the rooftop of the Neighbor house so we called Elias Chavez Tree Service to get an estimate. He came out and gave us an estimate that was right in our budget. These guys came out and cut that tree down within a few hours and did an excellent job in cleaning up the area as well. We are very pleased with the Service and would highly recommend to anyone who have a big tree in the yard to be cut down and to make it so great they use a crane also to prevent any tree limbs from fallen on the roof top. Thanks again for a job well done. A+
