I’ve bought 2 budgies from here before and never had a problem. It was a man who helped me these 2 times. I bought another budgie a couple of weeks ago after one of my budgies had died (after having him for years) so my other budgie wouldn’t miss her mate. I was helped out by a lady who was so rude. She’s not careful with the pets. She dropped the bird after she placed it in the bag. I specifically asked her for a male budgie so my other bird will have a new mate. She checked the budgie and gave me an awkward smile before placing the bird inside the bag. I assumed she smiled like that because the bird was a little dirty and a missing toe. I was suspicious of the bird’s sex since my female budgie didn’t care for it so I took it to the vet just to find out that the bird was a female. The lady knew she sold me a female bird and didn’t bother to say anything. Not sure why she’s working there if obviously so many other reviews have complained about her.

Very nice people and environment all animals and reptiles are well taken care of and healthy looking went with my wife and son to get him his first pet. Overall everything was fantastic my son picked out his first half moon beta fish so far its good and very happy. Good job on taking care of your animals.

The gentleman who helped me was very kind and answered my questions patiently. This store has a huge variety of birds and everything related to their care. Very good prices.

They're always so nice and kind here they have lots of patience they have a lots of birds that need homes and on the weekends they help different types of pets getting their vaccines I highly recommend going there and buying a pet to take.
