I highly recommend our sales rep Al Smith. He answered all our questions and explained in terms I could understand. He was able to make our switch over to Eliot without any disruption to our daily transactions. He also set up our other business with credit card processing. The customer service team helped make sure everything was set up correctly after we received our equipment. Definitely ask for Al Smith!
