I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elite Alterations. From the moment I walked in, Sil greeted me with outstanding customer service and made me feel right at home. Annie, the seamstress, is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, she walked me through every detail of my wedding dress alterations and gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. Their professionalism, warmth, and expertise truly set them apart. I’m so grateful to have found them and highly recommend Elite Alterations to any bride.

Elite Alterations, at the Walmart on FM 529 is the ultimate best! They do excellent work they take pride in their craft. Everything I take to them is perfect! I highly, highly recommend You stop by and bring your garments to be altered. I promise you will be very satisfied and pleased.!!

I would stay as far away from this place as you can . I was referred here by a friend who had stated that they reasonable pricing and soon came to find out that they price based on how they feel maybe based on how much they think your item is worth. My friend received three different items are being taken in or hemmed for less than $120. I bought in one dress and had it hemmed and taken in and she charged me $100. There was no rush on my item and she was only taking a couple of inches off. When I went to pick it up, I brought my friend who referred me and has been there multiple times to discuss why I have been charged so much. She said she would take five dollars off and said for my friend to bring the receipt she had from her items, even though they kept her receipt to prove that she paid what she had paid for the 3 items she brought the week before. She kept saying no that is not what she had charged her but I was the person who actually went to pick up my friends items and had her receipt so this is something I also saw with my own eyes. She claimed they didn’t have the receipt, but they do keep the receipts for their books. Even after she said she would take five dollars off. She still tried to charge me the full amount until I spoke up and asked about why it wasn’t reflecting the five dollars off that she said that she would take off. Though her English was broken she knew exactly what she was doing and tried to act like she was not understanding claiming my friend paid more than what I paid for my one dress when it in fact was not true . This is a very dishonest company and they don’t have set prices so be mindful. Lesson learned, but I would not recommend and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. The business also isn’t BBB accredited so more the reason to not trust these dishonest people.

I brought 2 expensive prom dresses here to get the lengths of the dresses altered along with the straps. They did such an amazing job. One of the dresses was made from sheer and glitter with is difficult to cut and hem up without ripping it or putting a run in it. But they did it!. With all the precise instructions that were given and me being VERY particular, they mastered the task at hand. It only took 4 days to get both dresses done and ready for prom. They were so nice and affordable for what I needed done.. If you have any expensive dresses you need taken care of, they are the one's to do it.

If you are looking for a a place that provides top quality alterations, LOOK NO FURTHER! ✅ Hands down the best experience I’ve had when it comes to alterations 👏🏼. Trina, Hahn, and Tao have years of experience in the business and their knowledge and expertise reflect in the quality of work they do. Due to past experiences with other places, I walked in here hoping for the best but not knowing what to expect. Boy was I in for a great! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Trina (the sweetest, most polite souls you’ll ever meet). Trina welcomed me and asked how they could help. After explaining that I wanted to have a pair of suit pants tapered, Trina had me try them on and went to work, taking her time to take precise measurements and mark where the pants needed to be adjusted. We had a nice chat throughout the whole process which made the experience all the more enjoyable. After we finished discussing the adjustments for the pants, I asked if she could take a look at my suit jacket and give me her opinion on the fit. Originally, I was only thinking of having the pants altered but after Trina pointed out a few things on how the suit fit I decided to take her advice and have some alterations done on it as well. To say that I am extremely satisfied and happy with the outcome would be an understatement! Trina and Tao’s attention to detail in making the most minimal of changes is one of the things that makes them such a fantastic, successful team! I walked in there on Tuesday and they had my suit ready to go by Friday afternoon, just in time for my evening event! 🙏🏽 The quality of work Trina and her team do is reflected in their customer’s reviews. I am so happy that I found this place online and decided to go here after reading the reviews.
