First I want start by saying I hate that it took this long to write this review. I’m posting from my husband’s account of which I married a little over two years ago at the Curtiss Mansion in July of 2022. To this day, we cannot stop talking about how AMAZING THE FOOD WAS!!!! She also created us a fantastic farm style charcuterie board table that was to die for. Everyone to this day still asks us about her work. We recommend them all the time! If I could give more stars I would. We’ve been looking for new reasons to hire her again. I promise you won’t regret. Bonus being she’s a fellow JWU Alumni so you KNOW the food is to die for! Don’t second guess this. Hire Kandace & her partner Julio for rentals. They were a dream to work with! It’s the duo you’ll never knew you needed!

Chef Kandace Pujol and her team did an amazing performance this weekend for my daughter’s wedding. The presentation, expertise and food were all outstanding. We are still hearing rave reviews from our guests. I wouldn’t trust my events with anyone else. Ten stars.

The most amazing catering company. The food was phenomenal and all of my guests were raving. We had a few guests with severe allergies and Kandace, Julio, and their team went above and beyond to accommodate them. Highly highly recommend Elite Catering snd Elite Production.

If I could give Kandace and Julio 20 stars I would! Within 10 minutes of meeting them, we knew we wanted to have them cater our wedding. Apart from being talented, creative and helpful, you can tell they really care about the little details and making sure that your vision comes to life. A couple of weeks after we met with them, I called Kandace to get some advise on my bridal shower and everything she recommended was spot on with the vision I had. I trust her completely so I gave her creative freedom with the decor, drinks, and menu. When I walked into my bridal shower, I was lost for words. The food was delicious (candied bacon was the crowd favorite), the decor was perfection (see pictures), bartender and staff were very attentive and nice. Needless to say, I am so excited to see how my wedding turns out. I have all the confidence that Kandace and Julio will exceed my expectations.

Julio and Kandice are the best Duo for an all in one package. The food is just so delicious and their event planning skills are the best. They were so helpful in everything that I needed and on hand with every question I had. My guest raved about how great their staff was. They made my big day run so smoothly and I would highly recommend them. They know all the ins and out and you can tell how passionate they are about their work.
