I visited this salon hoping to try their laser hair removal service, but the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. The environment lacked diversity — both the clients and the staff were entirely Caucasian — and it became clear very quickly that their services reflected that. When I asked about laser hair removal, I was told they only provide that service for Caucasian women. In 2025, it’s disappointing and frustrating to see a salon that hasn’t made the effort to be culturally inclusive or to invest in equipment and training that can safely and effectively serve people of all skin tones. No one should walk into a salon and feel out of place or excluded. I truly hope they take steps to broaden their services and create a more welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone.

Richard is a master colorist and stylist. He can correct, recommend and give you the best hair of your life! He ruled Bracha Salon in Chesapeake for years and has moved to Elite European Day Spa in Norfolk. Don't hesitate on a short drive for perfection!

Will always recommend then. Been going for 5 years, first for shellac, now gel. Never a disappointment. The technicians are very knowledgeable on what they do. Place is pricey, but you get what you pay for. Which is great service and quality work. Today, I wanted red cat eye but they didn't have it. Lisa layered a base blood red with thin white cat eye then a layer of red glass for the perfect color.

Richie is truly a master of his craft! He’s creative, detailed, and always up-to-date with the latest trends. Every cut and color feels fresh and perfectly suited to me. On top of his talent, he’s professional, kind and makes every visit enjoyable. I’ve been going to him for years and can’t recommend him enough!

I came here as part of a gift with my dad and girlfriend and usually don't get pedicures. The "sports" pedicure was excellent, the massage chairs were wonderful, and the staff was kind and patient with a first timer. I'll be headed back for my personal care needs.
