I have been to a lot of Doctors Lately. I have never been so happy with an office as I have Elite Pain Relief and wellness the office is peaceful, and the staff is wonderful. I have been on a walker or cane for since March 16, 2024. I am doing Laser treatments with Dr William Garofolo and I'm off walker and can walk in house without cane. I give the office 5 Stars and my Doctor more than 5 Stars. I still have 6 more treatments, so I know I will be well when I walk out after my final treatment. Glennette Lawrence

I had the best experience with Elite. I have been putting off going because my pain had seem to be getting better. Today I woke up with pain increasing after a week. They dont do walk- ins but they were able to squeeze me in same day (within 30mins). So happy to get treatment started. Staff was so nice.

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Marcella is absolutely amazing! She gave me my life back after years of debilitating pain.

Adverse Reaction After Cervical Adjustment — Ongoing Symptoms Since May 2025 I went to Dr. Marcella in May 2025 hoping she could help reverse problems caused by a previous upper-cervical adjustment. Unfortunately, after my very first visit, I developed facial stiffness, forehead pressure, and an inability to fully relax the muscles in my forehead — symptoms I had never experienced before including having difficulty swallowing after the first adjustment with her but thankfully after 4 months that did go away. My neck muscles have remained tight and painful ever since though. I went back once more hoping the issue might improve, but it didn’t. At first, I also had numbness in my hands and arms, which thankfully subsided, but the ongoing neck and facial muscle pain has persisted. Months later, I reached out to Dr. Marcella again, asking if she could help reverse what happened. During this third visit this past week, she only used the activator tool, which provided no relief — and I was still charged $55. Since that first appointment, I’ve spent thousands of dollars seeking answers and relief: visiting two orthopedic surgeons, two physical therapists, a neuromuscular therapist, a physiatrist, and even the hospital. None of these expenses or symptoms existed before that first adjustment. I understand that results can’t be guaranteed, but I expected more caution and care, especially when working with the neck. This experience has caused lasting pain, stress, and financial strain. I deeply regret going and strongly encourage others to research carefully and trust their instincts before allowing any cervical manipulation.

5 Stars for Dr. Garofolo at Elite Pain Management. I couldn't stand, walk, do dishes, or sleep my SI joints and low back ached in every position. 1 Week later and Im doing it all again pain free... still have some aches and stiffness.. BUT the energy draining SI pains are mostly gone after first week. Dr. G provided the most thorough exam I've ever had, Taking his time to really understand my back issues. He even informed me of the 4-5 stones in my bladder while going over Xrays. ( WHO KNEW those were there?) Additionally his assistant Keli, has been fantastic--super helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Garofolo and the whole team at Elite Pain Management to anyone looking for top notch chiropractic care!
