Recently had Elite do a full roof and gutter replacement. Everyone from the owner to the office staff to the work crew was extremely professional and also down-to-earth and helpful throughout the process. Work was done timely and at the agreed price; there was one issue with the new gutter which was swiftly and satisfactorily resolved. Would recommend.
I had a leak in my home in Hoboken after the snowstorm this past weekend, so I called Elite Roofing to get an estimate for a repair. They were able to come out the very next day and quickly identify the issue. Since the weather is still cold, they performed a temporary repair to stop the leak until it’s warm enough to complete a more extensive, permanent fix. I’m extremely grateful for their fast response, professionalism, and clear communication. Thank you, Elite Roofing, for coming through when I needed it most. I will definitely be using Elite again for the full repair in the spring.
Elite Roofing did an amazing job repairing my fascia cover as it is still holding up against the windy weather we’ve been having. I needed a roofing company that was nearby as i needed the fascia to be repaired immediately esp w/the rain coming so I found this company based off their highly rated reviews on google and they really back it up. Sophie and the two Gentleman(i’m sorry i should’ve asked for their names) who helped repair the fascia were great. They were very professional, polite, communicative, and informative as they were able to answer any questions I had. They arrived early and got the job done within an hour or less. They even sent me follow up email to see how everything was going with the job they completed. That right there shows they care and are very thorough. The price was reasonable and making payment was no issue. No complaints on my first experience with them and will definitely contact them again in the future for any roofing needs. I'm in love with my roofer! No, no, not like that--I mean I'm in love with the excellence of owner Al and every member of his team from the office to the crew on our roof for two days last week. How do you assess the quality of work that is usually high over head and invisible to the property owner upon completion that carries such a high risk of damage to your entire structure if not done properly? Unless you have a background in construction, you can't know, so often it comes down to reviews like mine. I can say with full confidence that Elite does top quality work that will last because my spouse is a retired construction supervisor, who was totally impressed with the quality of work that happened here last week. Communication from initial photos and videos to assess the repairs we needed to estimate, scheduling and supervision of crews on site was top-notch. I hope you know already, precipitation can get into even tiny cracks if your roofer's crew is not knowledgeable and meticulous about details. Al sends a crew of true craftsmen who also happen to be prefect gentlemen in every respect. Working with you to choose materials that will last and are appropriate for your particular roof is vital and Elite does that with you before you even sign your contract. Truly they are the best! I could go on and on. Yes, I'm in love with my roofer!
