called during business hours but could not get anyone on the phone. The business details on the website stated they were open and despite filling out a request to be contacted, calling the phone number and requesting a call back still have not been contacted. I know some places are not open unless its tax season but the website did not show as closed or give any info as to why they were not answering the phone or returning emails. I was contacting the company to inquire about their notary services and being in the vicinity I hoped they would be able to help. Disappointed to have wasted my time reaching out. I wouldn't have bothered if there was a way to know they would not be open until tax time.

My Elite tax has the most amazing tax professionals. My favorite person ever who has been doing my taxes for over a decade is Michele. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I love how knowledgeable she is. It’s a blessing to be able to have her helping my children with their tax needs as well.
