Elizabeth has been teaching my girls for a few years now. She really puts the effort in to make sure the kids are learning in a fun way while still adapting proper technique/skill. The girls are excited for piano every week and it's because Elizabeth makes class enjoyable with her kind demeanor and fun activities. From learning to read and compose sheet music, understanding the foundations of music, to playing age appropriate songs, Elizabeth offers a wonderful platform for learning. It has been incredible watching the girls grow musically with her support.

My son has been attending Elizabeth's Music for Young Children and Piano Studio for 2 years now. We have very much enjoyed our time here. Starting year 3 and my youngest is starting his first year now. Elizabeth is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is very responsive and takes the time to answer any questions you have. The teachers I have had have been very driven and make each class so fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend to any young one looking to get started in piano. They start at a basic level for very young kids can understand and learn and go up as they progress. I love seeing how much my son has learned over the years and listening to him play and enjoy it.

I highly recommend Elizabeth as a music teacher. She is encouraging and supportive with my kids. I really appreciate her attitude towards struggling and mistakes. She will utilize many different methods and techniques depending on the specific student and struggle. Also, I was delighted to find someone who was good with kids, good at teaching and extremely organized. I get prompt responses, schedules and recital dates well in advance and good communication on my kids progress. Also I was surprised that my kids improved just as much over the pandemic as they had done in previous years. Elizabeth put a lot of thought and effort into maintaining quality lessons throughout all the changes and I think that really highlights her dedication to her students.

Elizabeth is a very kind and attentive teacher! She has great ideas, fun lesson plans and activities! Her experience working with children shows through her calm approach and variety of teaching methods. My children love her program, especially the game packs she sends home. I was very excited when I found her because she has a solid musical background and teaches all the MYC levels so we could have the same teacher throughout. My children have learned the fundamentals and keyboarding as well as have developed a love of making music.

Elizabeth is an exceptional piano teacher. She is a person dedicated to excellence in all that she does. The small group class format (up to six kids) is fun and exciting for the students. Elizabeth is keenly aware of how each child is progressing and is gentle while also striving to bring the best out of each unique student. I loved that the parents participate. It was quality time with my daughter and I was even able to learn to play the piano a little myself. I recommend her highly. Jean and Colin Cook, Kitchener
