Elysium is so much more than a gym, it is an all-encompassing wellness club, focusing on the body, mind, and spirit. Alyssa and Dylan have cut out the over-stimulation you feel at commercial gyms so that you can leave feeling mentally and physically refreshed. They have a wide variety of hoist equipment, functional training space, kettlebells, free weights and much more!

Hey googlers! I had the distinct pleasure of joining this gym while in the biggest little city and let me tell you I yearn for this gym. Clean as a swiss watch and just as convenient. The people fortunate enough to work there are excellent and ready to help you reach your Quad God dreams. If you're looking to pump up that rump there are lots of options including classes and therapy that are super accessible. Like I said... A deep yearning in my bones to be back in the squat rack in this gym. Kisses!

I haven't been in a gym like this before and I am so glad I came. The vibe is so cool! The bathrooms are clean which is always much appreciated. I also love that it's a filtered water dispenser and not a water fountain. I was really nervous to go the first couple times but Dylan was so nice and that made me feel way better about being there. Music was 🔥

This is the best gym in Reno hands down. The owners are wonderful people, and they make everyone feel so welcome and included. My partner and I started lifting here last year and have had nothing but great experiences with everyone! I love that it's more than a gym, and also a holistic health center with workout classes along with mental health focused groups. If you're looking to become and better version of yourself, join Elysium!

Love this place and the ownership! The vibes are chill, non-judgey, community oriented and very motivating! The aesthetic is top tier and it makes the place feel so luxurious. There is always parking available in the back which is typically hard to come by in Midtown. The equipment is new and the facility is clean. The owners are very hands on and you'll likely even see them cleaning during your session. 10/10 gym.
