This studio is so cute and the workers are the sweetest! I took my 1st lagree class and the instructor was so helpful and supportive. She reassured the class multiple times that it is our bodies and do what we’re comfortable doing, while also giving alternative ways to do a move. It made me feel motivated to keep coming back!

I took my first 101 lagree class today and loved it, the instructor Margaret was so sweet and accommodating as I am two months postpartum. She kept the class up beat ! I can’t wait to go back. Do yourself and sign up. The classes are small and intimate so you don’t feel as intimidated as going to larger studios.

I can’t say enough good things about this Pilates and Lagree studio! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained space. I love how spotless the studio was...every detail feels intentional and thoughtfully cared for, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. If you're starting your fitness journey and want to find a space that isn't intimidating, this is the perfect spot. I loved how intimate the classes were and how the instructor was able to give me personalized attention. It definitely gives off a boutique styled atmosphere where you feel seen and supported!
