Dr. Charles Bruchu was one of the most delightful dentist we have ever met in the height of an emergency. Legit my 16 year old broke her teo front teeth on a trampoline. AND this staff from the front desk to the back made us feel welcome, told Us all they could and comforted my daughter ans the Dr. seemed to care more about my daughter’s recovery than any other dr she has seen for anything. Thank you to you and your staff for making a tragic situation easier. Also, the wisdom and information shared for her treatment plan helped my husband and I make better decisions. Affordable and available when needed.
This dental office is friendly, efficient, and very well organized, even during the holiday period. I was seen for an emergency root canal due to severe tooth pain, and the care I received was excellent. Olive, the dental assistant, was especially helpful—she clearly explained my options and guided me through each step of the process. Dr. Duffie was professional, thorough, and compassionate. I am very grateful for the prompt and high-quality care.
My experience here was amazing! I came in with pain and they immediately attended me. They did work on my root canal. Angie and shanlee made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Bruchu was amazing. Not only did they do a good job but they literally made all my pain go away. They literally are lifesavers! 100/10 recommend! Thank you so much!
Danielle, Jayce, and Dr. Duffie were amazing! There was no wait, the dental work was excellent, and the customer service was even better. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I had a teeth cleaning and a filling done in under an hour and a half, which was awesome. I already scheduled my next cleaning in six months because I felt so comfortable and confident in their care. Highly recommend—whether you need an emergency appointment or are looking for a new dentist!
Shanlee was so super helpful!! She was the most kind person I've met in the medical field in Vegas since I've been here. We were waiting on insurance approval and could not see the doctor right away but she gave us all the tools to take care of the bad tooth while we waited and also asked the doctors personally if they worked at any other clinic that would accept the insurance. TOP NOTCH. Very knowledgeable
