Liz Holubec-Delgadillo was our main point of contact on a recent lease transaction I did with Emerson Property Management and she really helped make the process so smooth. She was kind, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions, I would be happy to work with her again!
Beware of any property that is management by this company. They have absolutely no compassion for any situation and go to the extreme to get their financial gain. We lived there for a total of 3 months I was placed on FMLA with no financials due to my mothers health decline with dementia. She was on home hospice care. We depended at that point on my mother’s pension to pay rent. When asking for a couple of days as a grace period to pay the rent which was literally 7 days as my mothers pension came in the second weds of the month this company said no we need to treat everyone equally. By that Tuesday they had filed in the court for eviction adding $500 more to the roster leaving me with a penalty of over $1,200. When reaching out again for help they said no they wanted the entire rent with penalties to stop eviction we had to move out. I had to send my mother to a nursing home yanking her from our side which is only three of us here in Texas my Mother, Son and myself. I had to do estate sales of all my mothers and family’s possessions which then in turn move to a one bedroom leaving behind what I had as I had no where to go or store my families belongings. This company ruined me by simply giving me 7 days this could have been avoided. Oh side note they added at the end damages to roof shingles and the roof (in 3 months! Which was added on the move in) There is a special place for companies and its employees that have absolutely no compassion. As my mother has now passed my son and I are starting our new life but I will always remember this experience for the rest of my life. Hopefully in the future they will show a bit more compassion to their tenants as we are humans not just numbers in the books for their clients.
