My experience with this firm was extremely frustrating due to consistent communication issues, lack of transparency, and delayed resolution of my case. I repeatedly had to follow up for basic updates, including clear explanations about fees, liens, and settlement details. Most concerning, my settlement check sat with the firm for over three weeks without being disbursed, with explanations that did not align with what was actually needed to issue payment. As a client, I should not have had to personally intervene or show up in the office to get answers or movement on my own case. After multiple visits to the office, I was later told the check I was originally informed about was actually for my son, not mine something that was never clearly communicated beforehand. This required additional in-person visits just to get basic clarification, which added to the overall frustration and reinforced the ongoing communication issues. When concerns were raised, I felt dismissed rather than supported, and at times made to feel as though delays and miscommunication were my fault. Legal representation should provide advocacy, clarity, and timely action unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this firm improves its communication, accountability, and client care moving forward.

I’m so blessed to have been in the good hands of Melissa & Eric at Emery Law. My family and I were in a terrible car accident traveling home from Chicago over the Thanksgiving holiday a year ago. Unprofessional, took an extra $500 outside of their percentage. They do not stay on top of their cases. I was told 2 different things about my case on the same day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! They are literally all over the place and not yo be trusted!

So most people run to a large firm because they believe Larger Means More. Well, This Is Not Always True and sometimes you get treated second-handed. Ask me how II know. I tried one of the largest law firms there is and my results were so disappointing and I felt like they were on the side of the opponent..Not For Me...My payment Was Proof!!! The Emery Law Office was Kind and Respectful, Took care of the need and worked diligently with us, They made calls, listened, and expressed a genuine concern for the matter at hand. The Actual Customer!! Thank You so much for All You Did during the time of pain and suffering. If you want someone who will fight for YOU.... Call Emery Law Office. PERIOD!!! YOU ARE TRULY GOING TO THANK ME LATER!! TO ALL WHO WORKED ON THE CASE..FROM US TO YOU.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! DANIEL & PAMELA

I just want to give Andrea a huge shout out for going above and beyond today for me at the dealership. She absolutely should be recognized for this. She has always been so nice & sweet to me, even when things have been rough. I truly appreciate her being a part of my case and you all are lucky to have such a great person in your office! I've had nothing but the best service from the firm. Hopefully I won't have to use their services again, but if I do, I know where I am going. I highly recommend this firm!
