The BEST investment we made for our wedding—hands down! Hiring Emily as our wedding planner was the single greatest decision we made, and even my husband has been raving about her to all of our friends ever since. Thanks to Emily, our wedding day went off without a single problem (at least from my point of view!). I’m still in shock at how seamless everything was, and that’s entirely because of her calm, organized, and comforting presence. What truly sets Emily apart is her ability to design an aesthetic. She doesn’t just plan your wedding—she creates a vision better than anything you could dream up on Pinterest. From the initial consultation to the insanely detailed and beautiful PDFs she sent me (complete with mood boards, color palettes, and table layouts), every single detail was perfectly thought out. Her eye for design is unmatched, and she brought my vision to life in a way that was even better than I imagined. Emily handled everything. She communicated with all my vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page. On the day of, she was the first to arrive and the last to leave, overseeing every tiny detail with her team. She went above and beyond, driving up all my decor items and returning all the rentals herself so my family didn’t have to worry about a thing. While we were on our honeymoon, I couldn’t stop thinking about how grateful I was that she had taken care of it all—my family was amazed and kept saying how effortless everything felt for them as they didn’t have to lift a finger! The timeline for the day was flawless, and Emily made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. She thought of every single detail—things I wouldn’t have even remembered, like ensuring the ring bearer had the pillow and the rings or making sure the flower girl’s basket was filled with petals. She anticipated every need before I even realized it, which made the day completely stress-free for me. Her design skills are unmatched. Emily designed my tables so beautifully, handling everything from the seating chart to the rentals, glassware, candles, and linens. She even hand-made the most stunning menus for each guest at their place setting! Her attention to detail and organization are next level, and her kindness and calm demeanor made the entire process so enjoyable. Emily isn’t just a planner—she’s a creative genius, a logistical powerhouse, and the reason our wedding day was as perfect as it was. If you’re considering hiring her, do it. She will exceed every expectation and make your day unforgettable. I truly cannot recommend her enough! We love you Emily!

Our dream wedding was realized because we hired Emily Aitken, full stop. Her venue/vendor sourcing, project management, communication, and design approach is world class. We gave Emily a tall order for our venue; a place nestled in nature where all our loved ones can sleep, that also prepares delicious food. Emily did two thorough rounds of research and presented us with great options, but none of them felt right. We asked Emily to do a THIRD sweep for us. I mention this because, despite us asking a lot of her, she stood steadfast in positivity and quality service. We found our venue, Migis Lodge, in the third round. Fast forward to wedding weekend where Emily continued to prove she is worth her weight in gold. We didn't worry about a single detail, Emily and her team took care of it all. This was particularly special for our parents because they were able to be present and enjoy the day. Needless to say, we would hire Emily again in a heartbeat.

I will forever be grateful to Emily for making my elopement the most cherished day I've yet experienced. Emily is extremely talented, capable, and impressive. She made all my wedding day wishes come true and more through her expertise and insight. More than that, she is kind, thoughtful, and such a warm and lovely human being. Corresponding with her through out planning was effortless. She was a huge help to have in planning and executing my wedding day. I truly could not have done it without her. She is simply, the BEST.

Emily made our small, family-only elopement so incredibly special. We were planning a last minute wedding in Idaho while living in Philadelphia. She gave us the best recommendations for catering, photography, hair, makeup, etc in Idaho. She made the planning leading up to the wedding and the day of so stress free. Everyone was able to completely enjoy the day as Emily took care of every detail. She made the moody romantic mountain wedding of my dreams a reality!! There’s no one else I’d trust more to plan a cross country wedding! ❤️

Emily was amazing and the perfect partner from start to finish when planning our intimate micro wedding in Oregon. We’re from Idaho, and had no idea where to start when trying to narrow down vendors out of town. Emily was awesome narrowing it to a few viable and available options to make decisions easy. Day of she made things so peaceful and relaxing-no anxiety or wedding day stress at all which was the whole reason behind our micro wedding concept, my mom even joked it felt more like a vacation for everyone! Last minute our officiant didn’t work out, we didn’t even have time to panic because Emily gracefully asked her partner Chris to do the ceremony for us. With little prep time and at a very reasonable cost Chris officiated our ceremony and it was like he had known us our entire lives and rehearsed it 1000 times. We could not have planned for a better outcome. We are so incredibly thankful for emily and her sweet family for making our day so special. If you only splurge on one thing have it be Emily-you won’t regret it!
