We worked with Emily Jordan Events for month-of coordination, and specifically had the pleasure of partnering with Caitlin Keesee. Even though our package was month-of, Caitlin jumped in well before the official start date - enthusiastically reviewing contracts, flagging important details, and offering thoughtful, calculated recommendations that gave us so much peace of mind. She clearly has long-standing and warm relationships with vendors across the industry, cementing her and EJE brand. Beyond her organizational talent, what truly set Caitlin apart was how deeply she cared about us. She made a genuine effort to learn our story, our personalities, and what mattered most to us. On the wedding day, that care was evident in every interaction. Our friends and family, on numerous occasions, commented on her professionalism and “warm blanket of a personality.” Caitlin wasn’t just managing logistics - executing the day we envisioned, ensuring the day was magical for not just us but our friends and family. Our wedding day ran flawlessly, but more importantly, it felt authentically “us,” and that is entirely thanks to Caitlin. We cannot recommend her and Emily Jordan Events enough.
Sydney Woods with EJE was the absolute best and a true lifesaver in our wedding planning! From the start, she was so organized and thorough and kept us well ahead of schedule. She made planning so easy and stress-free and actually enjoyable! Due to her wealth of knowledge in the industry, I put my full trust in all of her recommendations, which saved me so much time and energy, and it paid off! Our wedding was so beautiful and we had the most fun and so did all of our guests! I can't imagine planning a wedding without Sydney, and I would (and have) recommend her to anyone I know!

I used Emily Jordan Events to assist with day of coordination and Caitlin K. was my coordinator. Even though it wasn't a full planning package, she was available at any time to help me make decisions, review contracts, and make sure I was on the right track. I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID, and she counseled me when I was dealing with tough situations with venues, re-negotiating with vendors, and even with my family. Emily was also extremely understanding and worked with us through that unprecedented time. Day of, Caitlin made sure I enjoyed the day without a single worry, and she and her team set up the room better than I could have imagined! I will never forget the moment before I made my entrance with my family - Caitlin told us all to take a moment to center ourselves and focus on the significance of the day, and it was a beautiful and grounding moment. She's the best!!
