When I worked with Emily to design a complimentary wedding band, she went above and beyond to ensure the end product was up to her high standards and advocated for me with the casting company when things ran a little behind (which was completely out of her control). She also communicated with me the whole time and kept me in the loop. Great customer service, great rings--I'm definitely a happy customer.
