⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joe and John were absolutely amazing. They delivered and assembled my sofa and bed with such care and professionalism, and I honestly couldn’t praise them enough. The quality of the products is always outstanding, but the service truly made the experience even better. They also kindly helped bring my mattress up from the delivery room, which I really appreciated — that extra help didn’t go unnoticed. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusting treatment by john ringing up threatening me all the time wont allow to pur money off so had to cancel order DO NOT SHOP HERE Beware of john i can also post taped conversation if this is how you run a business threatening woman but the police will be informed KEEP AWAY from shopping here you everyone can read below unprofessional and disgusting i also Did Not finish conversation this morning as the conversation had to be ended because of johns threatening behaviour so this is lies also this is breach of confidentiality being put up i only put a small honest review thats more than deserved

I highly recommend the Empire Furniture Centre store I wanted to thank you very much for the beautiful sofa, very good quality, it is very comfortable and for the quick delivery to my home, the service in the store is polite and nice. I am very pleased and will definitely come back to their store to buy furniture for my home ☺️

I came in with my mum for a bed & sofa and left with 2 side tables, 2 tables, 3 piece sofa set and a bed with a mattress!! Had the most excellent customer service from Georgina and John! They both went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed and the most suitable furniture for our home!! They didn’t have a third piece of the sofa set we wanted and John went out of his way to find one for us. Definitely will pop in again for some high quality furniture and customer service!! Recommended it to family and friends as well xx
