I was referred to Empower Physical Therapy in Coolidge by a physician for vertigo. Ken Nagel was my physical therapist. He explained what vertigo was and how the symptoms could be reduced. I was suffering for close to 2 weeks with dizziness and upset stomach. He located which side of the head's inner ear that had the issue and proceeded to do a few body and head movements. He explained everything to me as we proceeded. 3 days later I was mostly cured of vertigo. I was very impressed with Mr. Nagel and would recommend him to anybody who might need physical therapy. Ken Nagel is a five star PT in my book. Steven Blank

Pt techs who are in school do most of the interaction. After 3 weeks of sessions, I am essentially doing exactly the same exercises. At each visit, the techs have to ask the main physical therapist how to do simple exercises. Training does not appear to be solid. Today they collected payment. No one told me what to do because they were so busy, so I warmed up on a bike on my own. The tech assigned to me today was scattered across 3 clients and answering phones and checking people in. She did not finish my routine because she had to take care of others and frankly did not appear to be keeping track of what I was doing. The main physical therapist asked if I could stay longer than an hour because she couldn’t get to me within the hour that I was there. The main physical therapist worked out some knots in tissue with direct manipulation for about 10 minutes max. She promised next time there would be new exercises. I have never received heat or cold therapy’s. This appears to be a very novice crew of workers . If you are in decent physical condition, I would seek a different office.

Having been treated at other physical therapy companies over the past 20 years, I can honestly say being treated at Rise Rehab has been a very good experience. On each visit I've always been greeted by everyone, even those who may not be involved in my treatment. They have a great team at the Chandler location (many do work at other Rise locations also), usually upbeat and happy, funny, informative and suggestive on treatment, work as a team with each patient. I'm about halfway through my treatment, and so far, so good, seems to be working.

I have been to this same facility for rehab/therapy for many years and for different body parts. I've been so excited and genuinely pleased with the results each time. I have no hesitation in going to Rise and highly recommend this company and their staff to anyone who needs help. They all are fabulous and they get the results we need in order to function properly. Of course, no pain, no gain, but the pain lessens with each session and does not linger after the session.
