Enchanted Florist was amazing! We are in Tampa for my daughter’s graduation from USF and we are from across the state. I called earlier this week to order a specialized bouquet and was easily able to describe what I wanted, pay over the phone, received my receipt via text, and arranged to have the bouquet delivered to our hotel the morning of. Enchanted Florist communicated with me via text that the delivery was here at the hotel and they came earlier because they didn’t know what time the ceremony was but wanted to make sure I got the flowers in time (I did!). The entire process was great. Highly satisfied and impressed with the customer service and the bouquet is gorgeous! I wish Enchanted Florist delivered to Fort Pierce! I’d definitely use them again!!!

Worst vendor experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. I hired this florist for my engagement setup and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. When I first spoke with her, she already had an attitude. After we agreed on a price, she tried to raise it to almost double just because we wanted to add more flowers. I showed her a circular setup. She delivered a small square. It wasn’t even close to what we discussed. On the day of the proposal, she showed up 30 minutes late, which pushed everything back because the setup wasn’t ready. The flowers she used were low quality, nothing like what she advertised. She also required us to bring all the pillows, tables, and glasses, which was surprising considering the price she charged. After comparing prices with other vendors, it became clear how overpriced this business is. She also only accepts payment through Zelle, which conveniently prevents any type of chargeback. Looking back, that says everything. The most unprofessional part happened right before the proposal. She didn’t pay for parking even though there are signs everywhere. She got a parking ticket and instead of taking responsibility, she texted me a picture of the ticket five minutes before I got on one knee, blaming me for it and telling me to pay for it. My photographer parked in the same area and had the common sense to pay without needing instructions. The setup itself was tiny. When I asked her to make it bigger so both of us could fit, she gave more attitude and called herself a “professional” instead of fixing the issue. This business is unprofessional, overpriced, and completely unreliable. The whole experience felt like a scam. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone, for any reason.

AMAZING! I highly recommend!!!! I only have good things to say about Enchanted florist of Tampa! They were able to help me with a last minute funeral wreath and I am so grateful. They not only did a beautiful job with the wreath but were so communicative throughout the entire process! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Katherine is very nice and delivered my bouquet to my Airbnb. I paid for a bridal bouquet that looked more like a bridesmaid bouquet. It was beautiful but it was smaller than what I wanted. I got more baby’s breath than actual white roses. My fiancé’s boutonnière was smaller than anticipated as well. For that reason I’d say just spend the extra money somewhere else.

I had a great experience with Enchanted Florist of Tampa. Very easy to order online. I made a mistake though on the delivery date and contacted them. They could not have been more accommodating and adjusted with no issues. The flowers were gorgeous and the recipient was thrilled!
