I am forever grateful to Enchanted Island Amusement Park. This Amusemen Park has been through alot in the past years, heck just like other business the Amusement park struggled as well into the pandemic during lockdown and trying to recover after Covid and everything else especially our worst times in this greedy economic struggling world we live in. But even after years people these days have no respect for places like this "Vintage" still running, old school, classic, OG (Original) Amusement parks like Enchanted Island. No respect at all and for that I am very disappointed in people. Don't call yourselves customers anymore. Shame on those people especially scammers too who try to rip off this place. Enchanted Island is trying so very hard to keep it from going out of buisness. Please don't use your kids to scam people or make more excuses to get free rides at this place. NO MEANS NO to all so called scammers and non customers as well. If you are a scammer GROW UP. To all scammers you either pay or not. Buy a ticket or wrist band. No ticket no ride. No wristband no ride. NO FREE RIDES. For those loyal customers&people who have respect more and have shown a lot of community love to this place I say thank you lots of love to you as well. Thank you! As for all employees, employers, supervisors, & owners at Enchanted Island Amusement Park I say this to you all THANK YOU! BLESS YOU ALL. May all your New Year's wishes come true especially for the Amusement park you have given so much back to the community for a very long time over the years. I think in my opinion it is about time for our leaders even community leaders and the whole community itself also the whole city give back to you guys at Enchanted Island Amusement Park. However, if the community or city is not willing to give back to the park then you Enchanted Island deserve better. The city and community doesn't deserve you. It doesn't deserve Enchanted Island. Everyone & everybody at Enchanted Island Amusement Park have a good New Year's in 2026 and many more years to come. Let's make more moments and memories last a lifetime. Bless you all. Booked a bday party. Terrible service, rides are old and cheap. We rented out the “orange” area. And it was in terrible shape. Two injuries. Call button didn’t work. Bees everywhere. Will be expecting a call from someone who understands customer service.
Great party for my great niece. On time, organized, clean, stress free and extremely help. A must for a birthday party!!
We attended a birthday party here and had a great time! My son was still too young, but we walked around the park with him and took note of the rides he could try for next time. The entire park was very clean, and the staff was very nice! The host of the party rented out the cove area and we had a BBQ. It was a great option for birthday parties!
I got to experience this little place. Thank you to company for paying for everything in advance. I took pics and videos but not alot I was really enjoying my time. They are posted in both Encanto park and here aswell. I recommend buying a wristband ($25 plus tax I believe) Definitely worth it and unlimited rides. My favorite ride is the tea cups because I control the speed and how much fun my riders experience with me. All the other rides are definitely kid friendly ☺️
