I had the most incredible experience with Jess. The facial was deeply relaxing and left my skin glowing, the head massage was heavenly, and the foot massage was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Jess has such a calming presence and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. I walked out feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and pampered from head to toe. Highly recommend!

For Christmas my hubby brought me a voucher(Surrender spa package) pure bliss for 75mins. In Newcastle. The young lady was calming and very professional throughout the whole appointment. I felt like I was floating, even when I had finished!!

Newcastle is so beautifully presented. The ladies were lovely. I was greeted with a cup of tea and mints. Emily knew all about the products and techniques during my massage and facial. I fell into a deep sleep during my facial as I was so relaxed. Highly recommend x
