I called for an appointment on Monday for a small project, and it was booked for the following day! I was amazed and impressed. The technician arrive at the confirmed time, he was polite, friendly and very kind. MacKenzie consulted with me prior to installing the recessed lights to ensure that I was happy with his recommendation. He explained several things to me and answered all my questions. He also pointed out a few issues with my electric panel which I will have fixed at a later time. The work was done in less time than I expected, the room was swept clean.
