Nice people but product is not good. We have ticks in our yard. They service monthly and even extra because we call to reports ants and spiders. They try to take care of the ants but I think it’s more of the product than the people. Maybe Texas heat I don’t know. Caution they won’t let you out of a contract. Now to their defense we do have a privacy fence and surrounded by dogs. However, even considering that I believe we should not have to call them to come extra all the time for the ticks. NICE PEOPLE BUT PRODUCT FOR US NO BUENO.

The technician did spray all the baseboards on the inside. He did a very poor job. He only sprayed in certain spots. I am very displeased with this service.

I have use the same company for years, they are down to earth and the techs are always respectful. Antonio did a great job reaching out to me when I forgot my appointment and he came back to finish the inside of the home without hesitation.
