Nicolas was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time. He covered all my concerns for the areas I wanted regarding black widows on the back fence. Very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Paul did an amazing job at our property! He was very thorough and had alternatives for us given the weather instead of just not doing the job fully, he let us know what could be done instead! Greatly appreciate him and the work he did. I hope we continue to have him as our service tech!

I can’t say enough good things about this pest control company and their team. They are always respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful, but my most recent experience really pushed me to leave a review. Nicolas came out and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He walked me through multiple solutions and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and patient even when my dog got loose during the visit.

Today was my first initial extermination experience with EnviroGuard. My service professional was Nicolas Ramos. I was very pleased with the service / experience. He was very courteous, socializing, and customer advocating. He was thorough in his inspection & took his time. Mr.Ramos listened to my output of what I was needing targeted . As well as, being open to my requests regarding what needed to be sprayed in particular. He went above & beyond in request to spraying my ceiling corners Vs just baseboards. If an object was moved to spray around, he placed it back right where it went . I was appreciative of him sweeping for cobwebs on the exterior of my house and porch area where I spend lots of time out with my family. Definitely recommend him to care for your home & will request him for my future appointments. He cares to attain great customer service . Thanks so much !

The technician who came out today, Nicolas, he was excellent. He was very thorough, took his time, we’ve had many different technicians come and he’s by far the one that’s done the best job . He was very professional and respectful, which I truly appreciated. Great service, highly recommend!
