I have been shopping here since I was a freshman in high school (2011). I moved to Virginia right out of high school so I come shop whenever I’m home to visit. My father passed away last week so I had to come home to make arrangements for him. I went to Under the Christmas Tree last weekend to try and get my mind off things and purchased a good amount of items from envy’s booth. I went home and tried on the pair of snakeskin pants I bought and one of the belt loops broke. I also decided I wanted to exchange a skirt I had bought. We came in to get everything settled and we were told that since the skirt didn’t have the original price tag we weren’t able to exchange, even when we had the receipt. I had only worn it once to try it on before I bought it. I have worked at multiple boutiques and I have never run into this policy. If you have the receipt and the merchandise is clearly new or unworn it is almost always exchanged. I’m just very disappointed to have this experience at a store I loved for so long.

Envy is a great place to shop for clothes and gift items. They give a personal shopping experience that you will NOT receive in a department store. Their store is decorated so cute and it always smells delicious. They gift wrap for free, and whether you are spending $20 or $2000 you are important to them, and they are glad you chose their store to spend your money!
