I have had an excellent experience with epic cycles. I was randomly at the property viewing through the windows, a bike that I had been looking for. It was on a Monday appointment only day and the owner had stopped by and was gracious enough to invite me in find out what I was looking for, and we had a sale on the spot. Very professional and knowledgeable. Located the bike I was wanting from Denver and did a quick ship. I loved that the owner asked me how I’ve been to any other bike shops and wanted to know my experience at each of those , As he wanted to make sure that my experience was excellent. That type of customer service seals the deal. Highly recommend.

I ordered a Specialized Levo Tuesday and Epic had it assembled, charged and ready to go by Thursday morning. Danny also had the mechanic install some pedals for me. I rode the bike on some demanding trails that day and did not have any issues with the assembly. Danny rides and knows the products he sells and he is friendly and helpful. You can't ask for more.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new S-Works Stumpjumper 15. Adrian and Chris's support was wonderful both during and after the purchase, even when I had a few questions. I highly recommend this bike shop.

These guys are great! Danny is a great mechanic and helped me get it set up my red hot Pinarello really quickly. They are fair and honest and I will go back to them for my next bike. Highly recommended.
