Lauren is amazing. We paid cash at time of service, but then we were billed by the insurance company as well for the office visit. The office visit is on our receipt as paid in full, and then again on our insurance. They told us it is our issue, but they'd told us that none of it was covered by insurance and they'd send us the bill for the biopsy of a tiny mole by my spouse's eye that he'd had since he was a child as "matter of medical necessity and due diligence". Mmmm.....no. So I guess they want me to report their double billing to BCBS? Seems like they wouldn't want that, but ok. I love double paying for office visits! Fun!

Epiphany Dermatology is great. Everyone is friendly!! It only took about a month to get this appointment. I did a pre-checkin on the app before I arrived. I just let them know I was there and took a seat. I was called back on time. The doctor came in to see me and took care of my problem, and I was out the door within half an hour. I recommend this place 110% Thank you, all at Epiphany Dermatology! I will refer you to anyone I can. You guys are great 😊

My teen son sees Dr. Hopkins. She is fantastic! She really spends the time to ask questions and listen, not only to me as the parent but also my son. We have both been very happy with Dr. Hopkins and all of the staff at Epiphany.

Lauren Harr and her staff are so thorough and caring! I had a very.small squamous cell cancer about 6-7 years ago, so she checks me once a year—top of my head to bottom of my feet to make sure there are no dangerous spots anywhere. She analyzes each spot that I ask her about, letting me know if it is okay or not. She is always so kind to ask about any other skin-related problems I have, too. I really appreciate her being so thorough and so concerned.

I was quite impressed with the office of Epiphany Dermatology. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The office was clean and organized. The wait for my appointment was minimal. The visit with the Dr was thorough and professional and made me feel at ease. Check out was quick and easy. The care, compassion and professionalism just could not have been better. I look forward to my next visit
