Love Epoch! I have been looking for a professional hair salon that uses trustworthy products and delivers exceptional service, and Epoch is all of that! Megan was such a kind, professional, and lovely hair stylist. She made my hair look exactly like my inspo picture and was a pleasure to chat to. Maria did an amazing job with my haircut! She listened carefully and gave me exactly the length I wanted. My hair feels so healthy and has great shape. She also gave thoughtful suggestions that really suited my hair and made a big difference. I’ve been going to Epoch for a couple of years now and absolutely love it—this experience was another great reminder of why I keep coming back. Highly recommend Maria and Epoch!

She listened closely to what I wanted, gave helpful guidance based on my hair type, and created a plan that felt personalized and thoughtful. The install itself was flawless—lightweight, comfortable, and perfectly blended with my natural hair. You can’t see or feel the tapes at all, and the color match is so seamless that people genuinely think it’s all my own hair. Megan works with such precision and care, and you can tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable about proper placement, maintenance, and long-term hair health. On top of her technical skill, Megan is warm, professional, and truly passionate about what she does. She walked me through aftercare, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I have been going to Sam for the past two years and I cannot say enough great things about her. She is calm, welcoming, honest, and so easy to talk to. When you walk in, the receptionists are very sweet. They take your coat and offer you tea, coffee, or water. The salon smells amazing. I love how Sam gives little scalp massages after she conditions your hair. I have extremely thick hair and Sam always takes her time to make sure that it is Perfect!!! I am very particular about my blowouts and Sam has never let me down!

Megan is the absolute best!!! Love Epoch! Generally, I avoid going to salons in the city. Almost every one I’ve tried has been awful (overpriced, don’t listen to what I want, kind of snobby). I went to Megan for a cut and color and the experience couldn’t have been any better. Super friendly, listened and gave me exactly what I wanted, and my hair turned out beautifully! I really can’t recommend her enough. I’ll definitely be back! 🛥️
