Note: this is a review of EQ3 products, not the Quebec store in itself. We ordered a Salema leather sofa in Coachella Madera (grade 800 the highest). Everything ok until we received the sofa. To put it simply, it is a piece of garbage. The quality of the leather has nothing in common with the one you see at the store. But the worth is the cratfmanship. Distended pieces of leather everywhere. The corners are bulks of leather with no symetry (each angle/corner looks different because the leather has not been properly folded/sewn). The leather at the back of the sofa is distended and forming waves in several spots due to unproper alignment of the pieces. We called the store to share the concerns and return the item. Nothing they could do on their end - we need to file a complaint through customer service. Which we did. We never heard back - no email response, unable to reach them by phone. We are stuck with this sofa but certainly will never ever buy again form this company (or Paliser for that matter).
