I've visited Equinox Gallery twice because I am a huge fan of Fred Herzog's colour street photography from decades past. My most recent visit was for a larger exhibition of his work in Chinatown and the Downtown Eastside. It was definitely worth driving down from the Okanagan to see the big beautiful pigment prints of his most famous work. Next time I go I'll have to make time to check out the other artists.

Wonderful spacious gallery - it has everything. Iconic photos, world class paintings, books, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not a huge space but well worth a visit. A gem located in a delightful, out-of-the way neighbourhood with great cafes nearby.
