/I purchased a pre-owned cardio machine from Equip Your Gym yesterday, and surprisingly, within a day, it ceased to record my steps. Consequently, I've had to personally cover the expenses of hiring technicians to rectify the issue with the machine I recently bought. It's disappointing to have to invest more money shortly after acquiring the equipment. PLEASE BE AWARE. Update: The technician replaced the generator 9/11 and it still will not respond to my weight at 173 only works for the technician who weighs 250+. Essentially I cannot use the machine.
