Really nice of your large delivery truck driver to completely run the stop sign in Prague this AM. Especially when the roads are as hazardous as they are today. Absolutely ridiculous

Many thanks to Samantha Evans, Aiden Urbom and their teams for resolving a problem due to a manufacturer’s defect. We avoided a disaster when they allowed us to exchange a chair, which we really appreciate.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Ernie's in Ceresco, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with my experience! From start to finish, this furniture store has left an indelible mark on me. First and foremost, their owner and sales team is nothing short of fantastic. They possess an in-depth knowledge of their products and took the time to understand my preferences and needs. They patiently answered all my questions, providing valuable insights that helped me make the best choices for my home. But it doesn't stop there; Ernie's commitment to excellent customer service is truly commendable. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. It's refreshing to see a company that prioritizes the customer's well-being. And let's talk about their delivery service – fast and efficient doesn't even begin to describe it! The delivery team was professional and handled my items with the utmost care, ensuring they arrived in perfect condition. Lastly, the quality of the furniture from Ernie's matches the outstanding service from the company. I was thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and durability of the pieces I purchased. It's been a long time since I've shopped for home electronics or appliances. After meeting the Manager of those areas, Brit, I discovered I have been living in the stone age. Ernie's has a huge selection of stereo equipment, the reason I went there to comparison shop. Brit's knowledge was top notch and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. All my numerous questions were answered with direct answers and a smile. I highly recommend shopping here before buying elsewhere.
