Jag was a fantastic representative. He was attentive, responsive, detailed, and worked quickly to assist me. Jag made himself available any time to discuss concerns and address items. If you are looking for a person to treat you like a human and be thoughtful and take the time to listen to your questions and go through things thoroughly with the utmost care to detail and thought Jag is your man. I cannot extend my gratitude to Janna and Jag enough. If you are looking for a law firm to get the job done and make things happen quickly, look no further. My husband was involved in an accident at work and it could’ve cost him not only a hard mark on his license record and points over something he should’ve never been cited with to begin with but it could’ve cost him his career. I contacted several firms who were cold and unwilling to help. Not Ernst & Associates. Janna was so empathetic to our situation and connected us with Jag who quickly began working on this case. He was able to get it reduced to a zero point conviction and a minor traffic ticket when the odds really have been stacked against us. Jeffrey Hale did a fabulous job for us. He literally saved my son’s life! He is so knowledgeable and also very kind. He took a lot of time with us to make sure we understood every part of the process, and he went to court with us every time. I appreciate his timeliness in answering messages and emails.
