Extremely disappointed with overnight receptionist on 2/01/2026 at 1am, training hard with my gym buddy, harassing us to not grunt, mind you we weren’t yelling and no other members at the time told us anything to quiet down or not grunt. Other people also putting hard work and grunting but we specifically get pointed out to not do. I am not sure if it’s out insecurity or something or not knowing how to put in some hard work but i work hard to pay my membership, not even planet fitness tell me anything when I train there even though they specifically have Rule not to do so. I’ve also trained at this gym during broad daylight hearing people not only grunting loudly but slamming weight and machines. For this gym being one of the best EOS in Las Vegas, I expect more.

Let me start off by saying that the gym itself is great. I love all the equipment and amenities more than any gym I’ve been to. My issue is with the personal training team. Specifically the manager Julio. I signed up for the gym as I was excited to start my fitness journey again…while there I was pressured heavily into trying personal training sessions. I said no multiple times but Julio insisted that I try 2 sessions for only $19. He said after that I could cancel with no issues at all. I reluctantly agreed so that I could JUST GO WORKOUT! After I finished the two sessions, I’ve continued to be billed $150 every two weeks and nobody will help me resolves the issue or stop the billing. I’m pissed and am being forced to dispute the charges every two weeks. Why would a gym that promises to help you meet your fitness goals be so sneaky and fraudulent and unwilling to help??! Do not even talk to anyone in personal training. They scheme and steal peoples hard earned money

Best gym ever! Clean facilities, usually open 24/7/365… lots of locations to meet this “shift work” lifestyle. Friendly staff, plenty of room, space, & equipment that you can easily rotate through your workout at a decent pace. Lots of flexibility scheduling wise w/ the classes offered at all locations. Multiple ways for cardio and recovery. Must check it out 🙌🏻 don’t delay

This EOS location deserves beyond the five stars. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there’s always plenty of space to get a great workout in. Especially the backyard, so beautiful in the morning! The environment is consistently clean and welcoming. I especially want to highlight Salvador, who goes above and beyond every time I’m in the gym. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help create a truly exceptional experience. His kind efforts help me continue my fitness work and work harder! The staff as a whole is friendly and attentive, and the class variety is excellent. I’ve seen real progress since joining and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about their fitness journey and for those who don’t know where to start!

Absolutely love this gym, the front desk girls are so sweet and always welcoming. From starting my gym journey as a newbie Leila & Shelby were the first ones to make me feel so comfortable. I look forward to seeing them every day! All the other staff is amazing, but these two really made a huge difference!
