EOS Plano is my go-to! The staff is amazing, the facility is always clean, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I always have a great experience every time I visit. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is great, but the childcare service was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The manager there is consistently offensive, simply because I don't speak English. My husband pays for our membership, yet every time I go to drop off my daughter, she gives me a hard time. There is no one there to help me resolve this issue. They really ought to hire employees who are focused on customer service—not rude people like that woman.

Planet fitness doesn’t ask who my guests are as it’s nobodies business and it was very inappropriate for EOS staff to assume my guest was a family member and try to upsell me a “family plan” at check in. I pay a premium to be able to have unlimited guest privileges. Who my guests are is no one’s business and assuming someone guest is a family member is an inappropriate comment to say the least. Train staff better. Planet fitness shouldn’t be offering better check in service when this place is meant to be an elevated gym.

Switched to this gym about 2 months ago, and I love it! Special mention for my stretch coach Ivan. He’s so knowledgeable and has helped me improve on the imbalances in my muscles and in turn boosting my recovery. This place is wonderful!
