Schedule it scheduling, the event was easy, by using the website. However, upon arrival, the waiting area was packed and there were people sitting down having a therapy session that lasted for 20 minutes while we were waiting. After getting in the room, our host was very gracious. I forgot his name, but he was the African-American man with a very deep voice, young man, with dreads. He explained the room and once we were locked in, we found all the clues in the first room, but once we got to the second room, you had to click four buttons. The last two buttons did not work. We spent 20 minutes thinking that we had done the wrong thing, but when the young man came in when our time expired, he determined that the last two buttons were not working, not only were they not working, there was a scenario where you had to line up for a flower pots when you lined up the four flower pots, the required action did not take place, so the room was malfunctioning. He apologized, but there should have been maybe extra time or some sort of compensation because we never could’ve escaped if the room was malfunctioning.

An excellent experience! Lyn was a great host and made sure we felt welcome. I really recommend "Houston we have a problem" - There are some really challenging parts but nonetheless very fun

Keisha was such a great gamemaster! We've been to other venues that would give too many hints and make the game less enjoyable; Keisha did a great job of guiding us without giving anything away. She also went above and beyond by coming outside and helping us find the front door! She was so kind and perfectly helpful and exciting. We had a great time!

Lyn was patient, courteous. My husband and I first visit we had a ball and would definitely come back.

I had a great experience here with my friends. We did the Pirate Escape room and had a great time. Lyn was a really big help during the escape. 10/10 would recommend!
