We completed Blackwater harbor as a group of 6 and had a lot of fun! The level of detail, creativity, and special effects was awesome and impressive! The difficulty of the room was perfect for the given rating. Highly recommend.

Thank you for an excellent time! Our escape room experience was awesome! And the Blackwater Harbor room is one of our favorites and we have been in quite a few rooms in Michigan as well as other states. A couple of jump scares, but BRAVO!!! So so so well done!

Loved coming here both with our kids and our staff from work. The Candyland room was a blast with very patient staff who gave our elementary age first-timers lots of help with clues :) For the staff party, we had two game rooms (Speakeasy and Great Railway Robbery) along with the event space rented out for eating/gift exchange/crafts. It was such a fun, team-building activity! The GM and the owner were very accommodating, even helping with ordering food, setting up the tablecloths on the tables and the paper products for eating. Highly recommend this location for both personal and professional events! Will definitely return.

Amazing stuff! Super fun. We had our Christmas party here for Klawsome and our staff loved it. Great bonding experience to solve the puzzles together 🙂. Their back room had plenty of room for our white elephant and all the food we brought. Special shout out to John or room attendant for putting up with like 50 hints LOL

Edit: They called and were super awesome over the phone. They we apologetic and wanted to fix the situation. Very grateful for their customer service. We booked the mobile escape room “The Airplane” for a costume party Booking was an ease and they came on time. Unfortunately was not very fun. The people running the escape trailer we very nice but talked us through the whole thing. Never really had an opportunity to try solve things ourselves. Each group who went through the room said the same thing. We booked for two hours but after the groups slowed down to the trailer, was asked if they could leave. Paid for two hours but was only there for 1 1/2 hours. Still a cool idea but would’ve been cooler if we had less help. If booking, I recommend telling the workers to only help if you ask.
