I did the Mardi Gras escape room with my cousin, and it was such a fun experience. Payton is a PHENOMENAL game master and gave wonderful hints. Payton made the escape room experience so memorable — I would most definitely go here again!! :)
My husband and I went with 2 of our friends. We did the Speakeasy room which is their new room and holy moly it was FUN. We went at 7:25 and did not solve it. We were so full of adrenaline from trying to solve it, we booked AGAIN for 10p to give it another go. Jared and Quentin were so freakin awesome and down to earth. They were VERY welcoming and easy, EASY to talk to and extremely helpful. The previous party lost a piece for the room and we found it hiding and they were very relieved 😅 definitely going back to do another room. Next date night. A location in Kerrville would be so awesome! ADVICE for Speakeasy, definitely think outside the box with the entire room. Once you realize how one puzzle works, it just all makes sense. If you like a challenge, pick Speakeasy!
My husband and I started our first escape room here, and have been hooked ever since! We have completed 7/9 of their rooms and highly recommend Waldschrate and School of Magic. We love that these are booked as private rooms and appreciate the staff's friendliness and enthusiasm, especially Payton! We are both excited and sad to finish the last 2 rooms. Highly recommend it!
My boyfriend and I did “Voodoo Island” for our escape room- very fun puzzles and well decorated! Ari was our game master and she did a great job with helping us out with a sticky lock that wouldn’t open. She was friendly and conversational as well. I will say this particular room had a TON of space when compared to many other escape rooms I’ve done. Additionally, the puzzles weren’t very hard (difficulty rating for this room was a 2/5). Due to the extra space and ease, this would be an excellent room for a larger party. The bathrooms (as well as the rest of the facility) were very clean and well kept. I look forward to returning and trying out their other rooms! Especially looking forward to their upcoming Speakeasy room.
This was our first time experiencing an escape room. Scheduling online was easy. I signed my waiver online too.I love that they are private and reserved just for those in your group. In this case my husband (also a veteran) so I’m happy to now know the owner Tyler is also a veteran and we supported his amazing business. I had always wanted to try something like this but after kids it gets challenging to get out. So this year for his birthday I took it as an opportunity to check something off my bucket list,celebrate his birthday and have a date which was long overdue. Let me say we were not at all disappointed. I would love to come back and bring others to experience something so fun and challenging. Noelle was our epic game master. We got checked in and I was so happy there are free lockers for belongings. As soon as we walked in I regretted bringing my purse in and was about to go put it in the car until we were informed about the lockers. There’s Red Bull in the lobby. We literally stopped at the gas station across the street because my husband wanted a Red Bull. Now we know for next time. Noelle went over everything and how to use items,where to place items and rules of course. Communication was clear and she was very helpful throughout the entire experience. I picked a challenging escape room because I wanted it to be fun and not too easy but maybe next time an easier one.haha At least until we get the hang of it if that’s a thing.haha All in all great experience. Me and my husband need to work on communicating a bit better because we were all over the place. It was hilarious. Lord forbid we get stranded somewhere. I apparently need to work on my math and he needs to work on counting objects (that’s math too right?).🫣😂 The set up was amazing. So realistic and I’m ready for Halloween now after that. It was such a cool and fun experience. Afterwards we went to have lunch and talked about what we could’ve done better,where we went wrong and just laughed about our mistakes. It’s hard to think and focus when you only have an hour but that’s the fun part. The time limit. We should’ve looked at the clock more. Well anyways we are prepared for next time and want to go back. It was nice hearing my husband talk to my son about it. The excitement in his voice was priceless. We work a lot but sometimes we need to have fun just the two of us. Thank you Noelle for being so kind,pleasant and helpful. You truly made our experience enjoyable and I hope you’re there next time we visit.
