My family and I booked an appointment online for 8pm and payed ahead of time. We were there at 7:45 and the doors were locked and the game master had left. We called the number given on the website and the women who answered was not in the building. She said she would called the game master and that he would call us. That never happened and it turned out he was 20 minutes away. At this point it was 25 minutes past our appointment time and this escape room was supposed to be a surprise for a birthday which was ruined by the ignorance of this company. I have never written a bad review in my entire life but what my family and I experienced with this company and these people was beyond anything I have ever experienced and not it a good way. If you make an appointment here I hope the game master is there.

What a great time! Even for the best time for the room for the month! We would definitely go back! Well worth our drive !!

We’ve done many other escape rooms and this one was very disappointing. Our game master (Addison) wasn’t enthusiastic about explaining the backstory of the room and basically went through the motions and spoke super fast so it was hard to understand her. When we asked for clues, she was slow to respond and had us explain what we had solved already which wasted valuable time. In other rooms we have done, the game master was watching our progress on the camera and could jump in exactly when we needed a clue and knew how to help. At the end of the game, we asked if she could show us how to solve the puzzle and she rushed us out that she had to set up for the next group. In other escape rooms, there has been enough time between groups to reset the game plus still explain the puzzles. Overall, a very disappointing experience unfortunately.

What a great experience! Took my daughter for her 13th birthday. We had a group of 5 people all first time players. It was great! My kids enjoyed it, and really worked together to solve the puzzles. We did have to ask for clarification on one part and the game master was quick to respond and kept the game moving. Can't wait to come back!

I went to the escape room south with a bunch of friends for their opening night of their farm themed escape room. I’ve been to a few escape rooms so I wasn’t new to the process. I really like how this facility in particular has an icebreaker of sorts before you enter the room to kind of train you for what kind of puzzles you’ll be looking for. I was however a little disappointed when we entered the room and one of the very first clues was left open. While it might’ve advanced our escape time a little bit, it really threw us off because it didn’t appear to be a clue because it wasn’t assembled, it was just there. Then about halfway through there was another misplaced clue. When we talked to the owners about it afterwards they indicated that they would have us back for another run when the theme changed (we thought we were getting a complimentary pass due to their error). We got an email coupon for like $5 off. :-/ Overall I enjoy this escape room, it’s location, the complexity of the puzzles and the employees. It is not the most organized or in-depth escape room that I’ve been to but I would return for sure.
