Pablo was the heart of our experience! So lovely and attentive and the escape room itself was challenging and fun in the best way possible. Maybe we’ll beat it one day! Thanks guys!

Me and my partner did Oculus and managed to escape.... just! It was one of their harder rooms but as semi-seasoned escape room goers we were up for the challenge. Really impressed with the venue, and the atmosphere they created really enhanced the room's theme (no spoilers but it's pitched as a scary one!). Our host Dom was brilliant and really brought the story to life. The other staff we spoke to were all really friendly and helpful. The game involved some novel puzzles we hadn't seen before, we did have to ask for help a couple of times and found there were a couple of leaps that had to be made between a clue and the associated action but all in all we hugely enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. Perfectly suited to a couple or small group. Upon completing the room we were offered a discount if we made a booking that day for a future visit, but unfortunately couldn't commit to making another booking on the spot and as we're not local we didn't know when we'd be able to visit Cardiff again. If there was more flexibility with when the discount could be used we'd be more likely to make a return trip to Cardiff to do another room (Astro Quest looks like it'll be really fun!).

This was our 2nd visit. October last year we completed Astro Quest & this time round Sherlock 2. Critical thinking is required but wow what a blast from start to finish. Pablo gave us a fantastic briefing at the start and really set the tone by demonstrating certain things that you may encounter. Amazing day out for the whole family.

Been here a few times and it’s been amazing every time! The rooms are always super detailed and decorated really well, the puzzles are challenging but not frustrating. Having hints available whenever you need them is a good touch too in case you’re struggling. The staff are always great as well, we were looked after by Pablo and he was super friendly! Definitely recommend ☺️

While in Cardiff, we decided to try out Escape Rooms and chose to play Sherlock 2 and we’re so glad we did! We were just two players, and it was such a fun, engaging experience. Our host, Amelia, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, made us feel at ease, and gave us just the right amount of help when we needed it. Her hints were spot-on and really helped us progress without giving too much away. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The room itself was fun and chill, we had a great time and left with big smiles. Would definitely recommend giving it a go if you're in the area!
